December 10, 200817 yr hahaha what i find weirder about that movie is that joseph finnes looks shockingly like guy berryman in the current viva la vida era. so i can never get it out of my head that gwyneth and guy are in love when i watch that movie. random thought: if it was guy or will or jonny that had married a gwyneth-esque superstar and if chris married a nobody, would guy/will/jonny be as paparazzi stalked as chris is? i don't think they'd become the "face" of the band like chris is, necessarily, since that's usually the lead singer's role, but what would that mean for coldplay? i kinda wonder how that would have affected the band.

I WAS THINKING THE SAME EXACT THING AS I WAS WATCHING THE MOVIE!!! haha thats actually wicked funny that you said that because i couldnt get it out of my head the entire time i was watching it and for like a week after whenever i heard something about guy i just kept thinking of him as shakespeare...
December 10, 200817 yr hahaha! i've never thought of guy as shakespeare, but i see why you would! but really, look at this: does that look like guy or does that look like guy?
December 10, 200817 yr exactly! the hair, the earring, the face...even the clothes MAKES him guy berryman in that movie.
December 10, 200817 yr :laugh3:And here I thought this was a thread about the Lovely Gwyneth Paltrow, star of Broadway, Hollywood, and heroine in the latest Wonder-woman flick!:P What what? Sure, she's got the bucks, but that's OK - she's a green like many of us, and rarely eats meat - sparing more for the hungry in the world. I know, most of us are just happy getting through the day alive, and somehow making the bill payments, but it's alright to live vicariously though the images of others on the silver screen.. How many would go to see a movie staring Joe the used car salesman, and his wife, the aspiring real-estate entrepreneur, as they wrestle with business ups and economic downs? That's why we watch movies!! But yes, there's a lot of people hurting with this economy. So, if the movies can offer some escape and a little comfort that not all is lost, I'm all for that. If Gweneth hasn't spent some time walking in the shoes of others she wouldn't be at all good at acting - so I trust her awareness of what we commoners go through. Anyhow, what's this thing about her GOOP? I'm lost on that reference. ?? "My life is great because I'm not passive about it." Well, there is some truth to that! Being a millionaire helps too, but we could all use a jolt of self-motivation on occasion.. And she does get down-to-earth in her travels. True in one way, and that holds for us all - it's hard to feel for someone else if we've never been in their shoes, or haven't done so recently. I know there are some businessmen who spend a few days homeless in New York to get a feel for what it's like to be homeless - it does "open one's eyes" - so we all could use a dose of that on occasion....
December 10, 200817 yr GOOP is a website she has....goop.com.She tells you how great her life is and how you should stop being so lazy and live..
December 10, 200817 yr :laugh3:I love it! But I love being a lazy slob even more, so that's a hard transition to make!:P I always thought GOOP was that hand cleaner stuff which gets off all sorts of grease and tar, and smells like oranges! But hey, maybe her life is great?! But that's not where great art comes from.. One has to suffer to feel the meaning in things, and be made aware of the senses.. I should offer her a few sessions up here in the frigid north woods - I might even make a hot-tub for her, is she's willing to make the trip..
December 10, 200817 yr I don't see nothing wrong with Gwyneth Paltrow and if chris is happy well all the power to them.
December 10, 200817 yr hahaha! i've never thought of guy as shakespeare, but i see why you would! but really, look at this: does that look like guy or does that look like guy? OMG.... :wideeyed: now is so clear to me why i always liked that guy!!!!

December 10, 200817 yr She's a little bit on the thin side now, her face is looking a bit drawn. She needs to cut back on the obsessive work out I think.
