On living in the UK:

"In England, people are cool. They're really laid back and calm. Beyonce did the school run with me once, and everyone was fine. They also have really good anti-paparazzi rules. If you're driving in a car and they make you feel freaked out, that's against the law. They can't put you in a magazine unless they pixelate the kids' faces. I miss America, but I love living in the UK."

Gwyneth Paltrow & Cee Lo Green to Sing at the Grammys - People.com

Gwyneth Paltrow and Cee Lo Green are planning to make beautiful music together - at the Grammys.

The actress and the singer, who performed a duet on Saturday Night Live together last month, will also be calling on some famous friends for help: The Muppets, PEOPLE has learned.

It's not yet known what song they'll perform, but what's clear is the bond that Paltrow and Cee Lo formed when recording a new version of his Grammy-nominated hit "F--- You."

Cee Lo says Paltrow expressed "really feeling and appreciating what I had done artistically. That was awesome to come from her and feel her energy."

Paltrow first performed a toned down version of the song on Glee.

The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will air on Feb. 13 at 8 p.m ET/PT on CBS.

This should be interesting !

Thanks for posting.

Why though?

Am kinda over the Cee-Lo/Gwyneth thing. She sang it on Glee, it was great, went down well, they exchanged compliments through the media for weeks, they mocked it on SNL...enough already!

It's not her song, there's no need for her to be at the Grammys.

i agree it was amazing on glee and i absolutely loved it but why at the grammys

i think they are pushing her "singing career" too far shes not an experienced singer

I have to agree. They're just milking this for all it's worth now. And they're performing with The Muppets. :/

If Chris can do puppets, Gwyn can have Muppets.

har har har.:goofy:

That was my first reaction too: she did a great job with it on Glee, but enough already. I figure her publicists want to milk it, though, because it was the first bit of positive press she's had in a while. Still, they're not going to get the world to like her by jamming it down everyones' throats .

whoa. negative nancys over here...

hope she performs at the Oscars (surely the Academy is arranging it as we speak - same-ish people behind the Grammys performance I bet)

its not that serious though

If Cee loo asked you to perform at the grammys Im quite sure you would do it :p . Fun thing to do

Im excited , love Fuck you , love Cee loo's version and Gwyneth one .. so it will be interesting to see it live .. Hope they release a studio version :)

clearly, it's all in good fun - cee-lo, GP, AND the Muppets? yeah that's a no brainer.

Sorry, I'm still not feeling it at all. I hope it's just a rumour.

Now the Oscars, singing the song that is nominated, that I can get behind. :P

it was confirmed by the Academy this morning

Awesome! Now that I'm excited about. Coming Home is such a great song.

I had a dream about an hour ago that I met her. She loved me, obviously.

shes not singing Coming Home..She's singing with CeeLo..

I also think it's enough...And the another episode of Glee.

It's overexposure

Edit..I was getting the Grammys and Oscars mixed up

"The odd couple will be accompanied by Jim Henson's beloved puppets when they take to the stage to perform at the ceremony on 13 February (11)."

Ha! Odd couple. + Muppets. mmmph

I believe she's singing at the Acadamy Awards for Coming Home:thinking:

Article her Mom had today

Blythe Danner has a message for her daughter, Gwyneth Paltrow: slow down!

"She's a multitasker," the Waiting for Forever actress, 68, told E! of the County Strong star, 38. "We had dinner last night and I said, 'Honey, please, it's great that you multitask, but it's a lot of stress to do that, and I want you to take care of yourself. You've just got to.'"

One task on her agenda: prepping to sing the Oscar-nominated tune, "Coming Home" from her flick, Country Strong, at this month's Academy Awards. And, of course, taking care of her tots with rocker hubby Chris Martin: Apple, 6, and Moses, 4.

Does Danner think her grandkids will catch the show business bug? "I think it's inevitable," she said.

And it seems they already have the talent.

"They're both musical," Danner recently told UsMagazine.com. "I think they're both interested in that. We were playing the piano last time I was with them. And I think they're into the violin and singing. They love all of that."

no I mean the Academy (aka "The Recording Academy") confirmed the Grammys performance.

didn't think it would cause confusion.

The Academy of Motion Picture, Arts and Sciences (Oscars) haven't mentioned any best original song performances yet. should hear about it soon.
