So I'm doing a cleanse for Valentine's Day.

 

Instead of cutting out hearts with an x-acto knife,

 

I'll be cutting these toxins out of my life:

alcohol, sugar, and anything red,

 

eggs and pasta and fruit and shampoo,

The woman is a health machine. From training four hours a day to Pilates to cleanses to more cleanses to what cleanses to do while on a cleanse, Gwen treats her body like it's a temple, and I'll be damned if it doesn't show.

 

I'd venture to say that not many of us have the resources nor the time to devote to health like Gwyneth does, but I have a feeling if we followed her diet and exercise program to the T, we couldn't help but get absolutely killer bodies, as well. I appreciate that she's shared how hard she works and how healthy she eats and how focused she is on being in optimum shape because it goes to show you that bodies like hers aren't born, they're made.

 

Well, sometimes they're born -- there are certainly people out there who are more genetically blessed than others. But those lucky few are an anomaly. Most everyone has to work for it, and Gwen's the perfect example of how self-control, will-power, and a strong work(out) ethic will get you into flawless shape.

 

So the next time I read about her saying something like "eating mini pumpkins at midnight on the first night of a full moon while doing Pilates wearing a dress made out of hemp" is one of the ways she stays in shape, I won't scoff. Because whatever she's doing? It's working.

i was just watching entertainment tonight or one of those shows and they were showing a floor plan of the Grammys and who will be sitting where.

 

They mentioned the duet with Chris and Rhianna and then they pointed out where Chris will be sitting and said that he will be sitting next to his wife,Gwyneth PAltrow.I would love to see that.

 

I don't believe Chris Martin is timid of anything, and why would it be easier to ask Rihanna, than it would be to talk to his own wife and ask her?

Coldplay performed in LA last night. Guess who was seated in VIP? Chris Martin’s wife, Gwyneth Paltrow. Of course. She was with her friends, including Cameron Diaz, and her mother Blythe Danner. You can make both out in the two images attached. Apparently, at times, Cam seemed more into it than G. And by this I mean that Cam likes to stand up and jump up and down. Then again, as you know, Cam is generally more ...overt with her enthusiasm. Which explains the dry-riding in public. Gwyneth would NEVER dry-ride a Diddy at Soho House, single or not. No, her style is different. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t a fangirl for her lead singer. I’m told she was. And loved it when, at the end, as the band approached the edge of the stage to give thanks, Chris looked at Gwyneth and motioned a kiss towards her. She beamed.

 

Needless to say, the Martins are currently in a solid phase. And they will both be at the Grammys on Sunday. Coldplay is scheduled to take the stage with Rihanna and up for a few awards. Gwyneth has been confirmed as a presenter when she will presumably hang out with her best friends Beyonce and Jay-Z. And introduce her husband’s performance?
