I have really weird emotions going on while listening to the first version of Talk.

 

A little bit like invading a personal space, because it probably wasn't intended to be heard by the public. Some kind of an innocent song. Definitely not cut out to be hit. But nevertheless very moving, probably more than the album version.

it's such a nice interview of Coldplay from x&y times. the interview format is a little different than others, they're guessing the songs on record player,also talking about the bands that inspired them :cool:

Yeah it doesn't, those days are going to fly by quickly. :dance: But then it's going to be bittersweet when the concert is over. It always feels that way for me. :P

Yesterday Danish Ida won this year's X-Factor finals with her very own performance of Paradise. Later she sang a song she had co-written herself. And after winning she performed Paradise again. So the song - falling in the charts - might now experience a revival.

Yesterday I was chatting with a classmate and for some reason we started to talk about bands & crazy fans. And we handed up talking about Coldplay ( nooo, me, slipping Coldplay into the conversation ?! :rolleyes: ) and I said that there were at least 2 very hot guys in the band, and she said that she only knew the singer. So I said: "Oh, I'll show you the bassist! He's pretty hot too!" We were in a computer room, so I googled Guy Berryman and when the pics appeared she said: "Oh OK I see what you mean!" :lol:

 

She's a Katy Perry fan. I'm not into Katy Perry, but the fact that she's a fan gives us more points in common, and it's nice to have someone to talk to about my fangirlness, without having to face the wow-she's-crazy reaction. :laugh3:

I also have a classmate who I can talk to about fangirlness. She's very into FC Barcelona. It's not the same but we understand each other quite well :D

Hahaha, I share my Chris-crush with a friend of mine.. she's into that Ron guy from Harry Potter. We can talk for hours about how handsome our future husbands are :lol:

I'm planning on doing that with the one friend of mine who's not that well-versed in the band. I want to make a mix CD of their songs, throw in some lesser-known stuff, get her educated a bit before August.

 

And I really hope my friends will join in on the fangirling with me at the show :lol:. I imagine that being quite likely-my enthusiasm could be infectious and all :D.

Went shopping today and heard Paradise in Hot Topic at the woo woo part and minutes before heard Princess Of China. :heart: :heart: It made me smile.
