yeah, music has totally changed me.

i wouldn't say that it was coldplay that changed me much (but they're still a big part of it).

it's the way i see thing, how i feel, how i cope with feelings and how i communicate/interact with others.

 

i like stuff that makes people think.

Same! Coldplay's music really made me think about my life and my feelings, and I think that is why I got over those rough spots in my life.

earlier today, there was a (decently cute) guy in my room helping my roommate with photoshop on the computer. we got to talking about barack obama, and i showed him my barack obama banner on my wall. he got to eyeing my other posters and said "dude, you like coldplay? that's a sick X&Y poster" and proceeded to tell me about the coldplay poster currently for sale at the poster sale on campus that i should go buy:

(though everyone has this one and i currently have no room for it. though i might buy it anyway...:sneaky:)

too bad he's dating my neighbor, though...

 

there's also a kid on my floor that vaaaaaaguely looks like guy berryman. he's got the same hair and kind of similar facial features. i dont see him much, though. damn.

I've been thinking about them a lot lately. Been listening to them nonstop. Im gearing up for the new album. :D

in every physics lessons, my teacher always repeat the same sentence- 'speed of sound', 'crests of waves', 'high speed' and 'gravity'... i guess she loves coldplay...

 

and my guess is definitely correct! i found 'the scientist' and 'careful where you stand' in her laptop... ooh...my teacher loves coldplay.. do you think i'll be given the bonus mark in the exams if i share my mp3 songs with her?? :D

Haha, yeh she better.So funny. Ive been listening to Coldplay too much also,all the time. Ive got an ipod and have got Coldplay and other bands but i always put Coldplay on everyday when im on the bus to college and on my way home, in college, even in my lesson. But i never listen to any other bands, im terrible, i listen to a different band and say, going to go through this album and not gonna skip to Coldplay all day today. But half way through the album i change to Coldplay, its too hard to resist. Then i listen to all coldplays albums and get a bit tired of them and put on some other band but 5 mins later i change back to Coldplay.

I heard Talk on the radio today and i got so irritated!!It was the radio edit ofcourse.They cut the song to shreds!!The song is usually about 5 mins i think an im pretty sure the edit was like 3 an a half minutes or so.It was horrible.I changed the channel cause it didnt sound right. Sometimes i hate the fact that Coldplay always has radio edits when their songs are played.A lot of other artists dont do that. Is this the bands choice?But it is nice to hear Coldplay on the radio!!

I had three separate and random chris martin dreams last night. In one he died :\ in a car accident, in one he was escorting a drunk and sad gwyneth home and in the last he was at a party being cute. What the eff?!

my alarm to wake me up today was "crests of waves," and GUESS what we did in astronomy? light waves! my teacher said "crests of waves" about six times, and i smiled every time.

 

and we talked about light the entire day, and the two songs that came up on my ipod as i was walking back to my dorm after class were "black star" (radiohead) and "proof"! (liiiiiiiiiiight and dark...). made me quite happy :D

Probably completely untrue (hey, its Wikipedia), but has anyone seen this? It's from the Release date section on the article of Coldplay 4th album, talking about unofficial sources saying they've got hold of a pre-mixed version of the new album...
