tickets sold out very fast, and resale is horrible there, they are offering tickets 5x more expensive than the real price (and real price tickets were very expensive too :( )

yeah that really sucks Lore! I'm sorry!

That's one thing I find a bit annoying about McCartney... he has so much money already (one of the richest musicians ever), yet he still charges so much for shows. It's like the diehard fans that don't have so much money can't go. I mean even when I went I remember my dad complaining of the pricing.

Well I hope you can get a ticket somehow!

...or at least be able to sneak in :sneaky:

Not possible because I won't pay for a flight if I don't have a ticket  . Too bad he won't come to Chile because I'm sure I would be able to buy a ticket then. Buying tickets for concerts in another country is way harder for me :(

Oh no!

My family was trying to get tickets to see him in Philly, but they were so damn expensive. :bomb:

Seriously, $200+ for nosebleeds? :|

if all the concert rumors here are true, I seriously need to find a way to get some money because my next cocnerts would be

- Dec 8: White Lies (confirmed, ticket bought)

- Feb 27 (LCD Soundsystem) (confirmed, no ticket yet)

- Someday in february: The Strokes + another band

- Someday in March: U2 (+ Muse probably)

_ April 1 and/or 2: Lollapalooza Chile

I saw Melissa Auf Der Maur last week (former bassist in Hole and Smashing Pumpkins). It was amazing, I talked with her when she was on stage and she also gave me her pick after the last song. She is one of my biggest influences on my own bassplaying so that felt pretty awesome :)

Edit:

I wanted to see Rush next year but nobody seems to like them :( I've heard that the shows are about 3,5h so I just don't want to sit there alone + the tickets were expensive.

Wow! So many concerts you guys already saw or are going to see, it's amazing!!! :)

Lore, is it gonna be your first LCD Soundsystem concert?

I saw them last July, they're AMAZING. And it's kinda "now or never", as it's their last tour.

Happy for you! :)

Phoenix was one of the best concerts of my life. I saw them a few months ago. Incredible concert. :)

Hurts are the best new band I've recently discovered. I saw them a month ago, will see them again in February. CAN'T WAIT. I'm in love.

I also saw Foals last week: AMAZING. They were like really really good.

And the singer Yannis is COMPLETELY CRAZY. Craziest singer I've ever seen actually. Really funny! :D
