I actually decided that starting Monday I'm gonna start walking in the mornings and evenings cos I'm fat :disappointed:

 

Run. Walking is for sissies.

And it's not going to help you lose that much weight, at least not as much as running.

Running is delicious. Endorphins.

I can't run...I wish I could :disappointed: I walk fast enough to break a healthy sweat, but wish I could get into jogging.

I have this weird love-hate relationship with running.

Eventhough I love the feeling when I'm running, I find it quite hard for me to start every single time.

I can't really go jogging either. We're doing 'Race for Life' this year and I have no idea how I'll manage to run 5k. I can do it on the treadmill so I should be able to do it but I just can't for some reason. its so much harder when you're outside. :disappointed:

Swimming. And things are not going well enough here to go biking safely :(

Half-marathon for me on Thursday.:D

 

I'd run a marathon if my stomach could handle it. After running 7 miles, I have to hit the bathroom for a few hours. I still might do a 5k.

I was a mess in PE. The teacher hated me

I like jogging in my own pace, in school it's such a pain.

I'm alot more comfortable if I say I want to jog for an hour then if my teacher says 5 minutes.

i never work out/exercise.

Ditto, my hand eye co-ordination is zero. Anything that involved a ball and a bat/racket/stick and I was a mess.

 

When we played rounders and it was my turn to bat everyone would shout "lefty!" and run to the other side of the field, I don't know why they bothered because I never hit the damned thing :disappointed:

I jammed my finger once practicing before a soccer tournament. I was the goalie.

yeah I did that a few years ago when I saved a shot in practice that hit my ring finger full on the end and broke the ligaments at the middle knuckle. I could bend it in any direction! :sick:

Ouch!

 

I remember my soccer coach having to go onto the field and tie my shoe for me because I couldn't. Was kind of embarrassing. :P

 

I also jammed my pinky pretty badly playing basketball a few years ago. I thought I had broken it.

You should probably stay away from physical activities if you keep getting hurt.

im getting fat, i think i should do an exercise soon, what exercise that burn fat a lot? thanks and im apologize if my english is bad :D:D
