There should be a red recording button? Just press it and start playing the music? And afterwards just cut the seconds without music off by selecting the sections and pressing delete. Then File -> Save As

Yeah, i've got the record deck playing, and I can hear the music through the speakers. My problem is that the computer won't recognise the Line In, and so won't record any audio :(

I went to my local hmv and to a few stores in town and none of them had it so I asked why, it's the release day for it today, and the guy said that this week's NME is on the "Late list" - one of many magazine's that have been late delivered in some parts of the country.

but there's your answer, he said (and so did HMV) that it'll be in on thursday.

EDIT: Brainwave - it was a Bank Holiday on Monday wasnt it, which probably explains why it's taken a bit longer for some regions to get their delivery of it.

It certainly isn't the most accessible album, as always with RH, but in the right setting all its praise is true. I recommend finding a copy of their DVD Meeting People Is Easy, it sort of lets you know where they're coming from and soothes the transition. I'm sure Chris has found the error in his ways :D

Right, I've got a vinyl rip of ASARY, but its not great. I'm sure there will be better quality ones out there shortly, but I'll upload it to rapidshare now to keep everyone ticking over till its on iTunes or something. Bear in mind its my first time!! :P

Listening to it again, its actually not too bad. I think cos the vocals are so quietly anyway I wasn't sure about it. But the track is there for whoever wants it! :D
