Larry
And which songs will play ESPN between June 7th and June 12th? ;) I wonder if there has been a similar contract with German ZDF channel back in 2005, because ZDF always used "Speed Of Sound" during the Confederation Cup... Space Cadet
Neato. :D If this is what Chris said they were fighting about, then I guess it wasn't a bad choice after all. I mean, Coldplay and soccer/football... what more could you want? (providing the other soccer fans don't hate it that is.... :uhoh:)
the_escapist
And which songs will play ESPN between June 7th and June 12th? ;) I wonder if there has been a similar contract with German ZDF channel back in 2005, because ZDF always used "Speed Of Sound" during the Confederation Cup... if they signed an agreement, probably june 7 - espn will be playing something new - if not, they have violet hill and vida la vida for those days! Uchiha_Shadow
No... nonono, this is all wrong... Coldplay, you're not supposed to get more commercial than you already are :( I guess this is what CM was talking about on Radio 1 right after Violet Hill was played for the first time? Damnit. hampe
well, ok, the two songs are really good and i like them very much.. but i hope that there will be tracks like "The Scientist", "Fix you", "Amsterdam" and so on as well.. In my opinion this atrabilious and melancholic kind of music, is typical "coldplayish" I think, this is what coldplay makes so unique .. if there won't be tracks like that, i would be disappointed...
