Good news from the studio. :] I think we might finally be closing in on the release of the new album here. Like many others, I'm eagerly awaiting the release date- but my favorite part of Coldplay releasing a new album is always finding out the tracklisting. :D Not sure why. I just always love seeing the titles and speculating what the songs might be about I guess! I really can't wait though.

Coldplay to headline Splendour In The Grass

Band to play Australian festival in July

 

Good evening (or morning, if you're down under). We're pleased to report that Coldplay will headline this year's Splendour In The Grass festival in Queensland, Australia.

 

Tickets will cost $390 (inc gst) Event + $120 (inc gst) Camping + booking fees, which gains entry to the festival for 3 days, from Friday 29 July to Sunday 31 July (the actual date of Coldplay's show is yet to be announced). They go on sale at 9am AEST on Thursday 5 May through Moshtix or by phone on 1300 GET TIX (438 849).

Ooh, that's my favorite part also (except tearing the wrapping to shreds, running downstairs, jamming the CD into the player and listening to the songs for the first time, of course:laugh3:)

Haha, yeah Carol and me were jokingly calling ourselves detectives when we were interview hunting on the net. :lol:

So many mysteries have been solved by CPing members already, it's incredible!

A couple weeks ago, I said I went to see Paul and Said the exact same thing, that the spaceships top was the match to the Coldplay Dias Circular:D I posted it somewhere here. Make sure you check it out at the end of the movie, it's a match as well.

Except this was the sphere in Paul, not Tron.
