I'm still not sure about the UFO thing, I think I'll have to see it/hear it cause my mind gets really nice concepts and sometimes it gets the most ridiculous ideas when I think about it :lol:, it's confusing, but apparently, according to R#42, the songs seem to be pretty amazing :),

i think it makes sense to assume it could mean stage, because the picture was put in the section in which R42 was talking about planning the live shows. :shrug:

Loving the dias circular picture. Reminds me a bit of the recent Tron film.

 

In the lead-up to every album they've released I've had the feeling and thoughts of "But how can they beat their last album? How can they think up new tunes at that level?" etc.

And every time, they haven't let us down. So, whatever direction they take - with the album, or on stage - I trust that they're making the right decision.

 

In other news, it feels good to be coming back to the forum after a bit of a hiatus. I feel like a bear waking up from a long (Coldplay-less) Winter!

If this album talks about space stuff, I'm going to cry of excitement, and sadness. Excitement because I have always been a sucker for astronomy, and I love anything beyond Earth. Saddened, only cause it's always been an inspiration and Coldplay had not yet used it as a focal point. I've always been inspired by Coldplays music, therefore my music sounds quite similar, but now the lyrics too? :(
