I'm wondering if it's sane that each time a new roadie blog comes up my heart litterally stops for a second....:laugh3:after all it's just a blog

i"m really happy with this one though, it seem like LP5 is almost finish :smug:

Seems all that's needed doing is to tie up a few loose ends, cross the t's and dot the i's and then they send it off maybe in a couple of weeks for mixing and then they prepare and rehearse for the live shows.

this is good.

seems they have many finished songs!

but remember that Viva or Clocks songs appeared right before the albums were finished,so maybe a new one appears :D

"Will, with most of his parts recorded..."

Ooooh. It's nearly done me thinks :wideeyed:

This sounds good, the album is shaping up (hoping that CHris/Brian messing around won't change anything to the plan XD°

Very good. Seems to me that the festival dates are supposed to be the finish line and that they're right on time. I'd be surprised if the festivals weren't the first (one of the first) step(s) of album promotion, despite everything that has been said before.

If the album would be finished before summer gigs, what the reason to hold it until Autumn?

I suspect album would be released earlier, probably in summer.

Still don't understand what the point in hiding release date.

Just because the songs are recorded (or almost recorded) doesn't mean it's ready to be released.

It needs to be mixed, mastered, manufactured, they need to do artwork...it takes a while for a group of songs to be become the album we buy :)

It really sounds like they're almost finished :D Will is almost done and he has a new drum kit with graffiti all over it :) ''Bash has been in with a new kit for Will, which has been suitably attacked with the spray-cans. '' I can't wait anymore!! They should at least give us a release date.

this...

Will is probably one of the best people in the whole world...

"But when we were filming the band getting all the wonderful fan postcards a couple of years ago, the subject came up."

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

pffft/ as if Lore is the only one capable of a good squee! :D

Feeling like their new baby is about to be born ! *gets all too excited*

*why do i suspect graffiti is going to be the new tour/album artwork design.*

Album artwork seems to be heading for a graffiti style methinks!

Just read the new blog now and saw this:

The four bars, one red and three black with the V I V A letters across them had been up on the wall in the lounge area...

isn't it the other way around, 3 red bars and one black?

thats what i thought when i read it too, he just made a mistake

Well, he was just referring to a preliminary sketch that Will made on the wall, so maybe that's what the sketch looked like.

no its the same. except will's says vida, not viva.

I don't think I ever saw the pic of Will's sketch (sorry, I wasn't on here when all the LP4 release madness was going on). Does anyone have the pic?

Oh and by default of your description (viva versus vida), they're not the same.

Isn't that the one you can see in interview videos like in "The Hour" etc?

You can see it in that one.
