Gutted, absolutely gutted.

But it's all good. We are still on top with a game in hand. This is just a minor setback that we'll get over. :p

the first is that is wasn't a minor setback, it was a fucking HUGE setback.

second of all, I don't think the man u fans will get over this for a long time.

you got dicked, at old trafford.

but I don't care, I'm an Arsenal fan. we won 4-0 today/

YES. With Arshavin's first Premier League goal! And Eboue scored twice! OH HAPPY DAYS!

Is it me or did Man Utd, like against Inter Milan look tired yesterday. Their was no energy about them at all!

They really need a break, but due to all the competitions they are involved in they don't have any time to have a weekend off without any matches.

It's what going to get them in the end, Rangers had it last year when they had to play something like 5 games inside 10 days

It is a minor setback in my opinion. We lost our first game in what? 16 games? Still on top with a 4 point lead and with a game in hand. We are still in good position to win the league.

Now, if we continue to drop points in the upcoming games, then I'll be very woried. :stunned: I really hope that this loss doesn't mean that we are losing steam/getting tired. That would suck.

What I hate is that it's Liverpool that ended our unbeaten run and at OT.

Despite that match, in the end I think Man United will win the league (again), so even though Liverpool practically crushed them, I don't think it completely changed their chances. They are still on top.

I wonder where Ian is on this fine evening :P

Fulham 2, Man Utd 0, with Man Utd going down to 9 men.

Ok, I'm panicking! We were awful against Fulham, especially in the second half.

At least Chelsea lost as well. Here's hoping Liverpool will do the same!

Just seen it on MOTD and it looked like Man United didn't exactly dominate in the first half. they had a couple of chances after half-time though.

Must say, that was a beautiful goal by Gera though...wow. Fulham did very well.

Sorry, I meant first half - we were awful in the first half. We couldn't get into the game at all. The sendoff didn't help either.

We were better in the second half and I think it's because Rooney was on. He gave us the pace and energy that we so badly needed.

I don't get why he didn't start the match and Berbatov did! :veryangry2:

Man UTd were absolutely atrocious yesterday. Their discipline was all over the place and FINALLY correct decisions are going against them. Maybe Sir Alex hasn't paid his bribe money to Premier League Chief Executive, Mr Twatty Scudamore (BIG EARED FUCK!)

Come on Liverpool and make Man Utd PAY!

I'm pulling for a Liverpool win as well today. Putting pressure on Man Utd and distancing Villa from fourth is nice. :)

Wow Villa are getting their asses handed to them...

Shit! 5-0! No one expected that! COME ON LIVERPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!

:dance:Go liverpool!

Damn.

Well, should be an interesting last 9 games.

just watched a replay of the reds and villa game. and i must say it was one of the worst refereeing performances in english premier league history. only 2 of the goals were legitimiate the rest should never of happened. neither penalty was even close to a foul and the free kick they scored the first goal off wasnt a foul either. villa were very hard done by but still lost the game to a better team. but the only thing im going to remember from that game is how atrocious the officiating was. and im not even going to start on the man utd game.

i still dont see anyone stopping the mighty red devils from defending their title. i tipped liverpool for 2nd and thats where they will finish.

^That's totally irrelevant, as Liverpool were all over Villa and should have won by more goals, whilst Man U's performance was a total disgrace by their high standards.

What Scholes did was idiotic, Rooney returned to his old ways and Conaldo was up to his old tricks.

Chelski served up a huge "fail" too.

Let's hope the title race now goes to the final day of the season.

Meanwhile in the championship, Wolves are looking strong carrying a good lead so they should come back up, hopefully Reading will join them kicking out the mingers (Birmingham), and Cardiff winning the play-offs. Charlton look set to be flushed down to league 1, hopefully Southampton will beat the drop.

hopefully Southampton will beat the drop.

Ha! I bet you're only saying that so you don't get beaten up by the Anginator!!:P

Yep :P

Angie would beat me up if I make fun of Southampton
