Falcao just scored one of the goals of the season, controlled a very long ball by chesting it down, turned inside, dummy shot 2 players but turned away from them at an angle that he looked like he couldn't possibly shoot, and hammers it in off the cross bar at the NEAR post (You'll know why thats more impressive then the far post when you see it).

Atletico 4-1 Valencia.

Valencia got another back, which could be important, they've been awful tonight, but now they need a 2-0 or 3-1 win at home in the 2nd leg.

Sporting won 2-1 against Bilbao, maybe didn't deserve it, Capels goal was pretty outstanding.

And now I present:

Arsenal and Chelsea will be a 0-0 draw.

Would have been really stupid to award the penalty and card Cech. The advantage was rightfully played, but he should have been carded after the goal was scored. In the QPR vs Spurs game just a minute ago, a Spurs player has been booked for tugging a QPR players shirt the moment the goal was scored, the ref let the goal stand, and did not call play back for the set-piece.

Anyways, shame on those Coventry fans for their behaviour at the final whistle today :furious2:

Can't believe I had forgotten El Classico, also can't believe Madrid are 1-0 at Barca.

Unbelievable, Barca somehow scramble a goal, Ronaldos scored 2 minutes later. 2-1 Madrid, incredible.

I've been saying it all season, Barca's strength of attacking players is deep enough to make 2 teams successful, they need to look at their defence, that goal was far too easy, though well worked.

Real Madrid have won it, the game, and La Liga. 7 points ahead, 4 games left, essentially Madrid have to lose twice for Barca to sneak in, and they need to win all 4.

What Newcastle are on the verge of doing would be quite simply one of the finest achievements in Premier League history. It's really quite unbelievable and heck if it wasn't going to be Liverpool, I'm glad it's Newcastle. Still a bit to go but you can do it Newcastle.

FT Wolves ® 0-2 Man City

Remaining Fixtures:

That's great but honestly, I'm not saying anything until we're over the Chelsea and Man City matches. If we do get CL, you're right, in a league where there is apparently an elite of top clubs, for Newcastle to break into that from being in the Championship only a short time ago, that would be one of the most memorable things a team has done in the Premiership, if they don't get it, well it's still an incredible season regardless. At the start of the season even the most optimistic fans would hope at the most for 7th place, most of us more then happy with mid-table and safety, this is just unbelievable.

And next weekend is going to be huge for all ends of Manchester, City could go level.

As for Wolves, I think it's a shame because at certain points that team had potential, but now they've lost any fighting spirit that they used to have to make up for lack of ability. I guess someone has to go down.

Agree. Regardless of how it ends it's definitely been one of the best campaigns by any team in the league's history.

City win maybee... I just made a massive mistake ...

So do you want them to win it or not, what is it this week?

Look its still theirs.. I have learnt a massive lesson in Karma this season... please give me a chance to redeem myself from the unforgivble trolling I have done on here.

BTW mighty impressed with newcastle, if u beat us.. you may finish 3rd.. well done

So you want me to forgive you for the un-forgiveable trolling.

I'm not trying to pick on you and for the most part I reply to peoples posts based on the post, not the person themselves, again you're asking forgiveness and as I said last time, just get on with it and post like a normal person and you don't have anything to worry about.

When you make stupid posts like "That's 2nd place secured" I don't know what kind of reaction you expect.

with that posting was after the Arsenal - Wigan Game... a few gunners were saying they would catch us up..

My postings... I wish I could sometimes explain better.. ! But normally I post from home and I have a awful keyboard on my laptop

I think/hope City win next Monday. But then, they'll be top again and I think the pressure will be too much for them as they've already proven once this season.

I'm hoping United win, because generally I prefer United (Even though I don't like them) but more importantly, if City win they'll be in top gear from the get go once they play us in the next game at St James'. If they lose, they're 6 points off, and we'll stand a much better chance of getting something from the game.

Where do you find these fans?! Anyway, Arsenal at that point and now need to focus on securing 3rd, we go level with them if we win our game in hand, and Spurs are still within touching distance, it makes no sense to even bother worrying about 2nd.

there are many deluded fans out there... post shite like me.... with out any thought wildest dreams cant them for thinking after we played them they might have a small chance-

Anyway... a week to go... I may die this week. My work place has even rostared me off...

I have seconded a minder to ensure what ever happens I remain in one peice..

After that well Newcastle... fuck.. I really I am scared and in no way I am being sarcastic ... Newcastle achiving 3rd or 4th or even 5th ... is tremendous, and after this run how come no one has utterd a word about Pardew for England Manager. (thats a another topic though)

Derby 1st... hearing rumours Rooney is injured.. :D

John Terry just got sent off!

Barca 1 - 0 Chelsea

edit: 2-0 now 43'
