The theme throughout everything in this wedding/reception is polka dots. I want a very retro-Jackie O style sundress, simple but stunning. Haven`t decided even the colours yet, so i`m open. Just not too loud! I know this is common/easy to locate, but i am so short on time to actually go out looking. HELP! also, i will be doing a hat, so think about that too-ideas. I never wear a hat in a dressy occasion. It will be hot and breezy...anyone seen anything around? No reasl limit on price, just need spectacular!

but now- a(dont want to but everyone is wearing)- hat. This dress could easily be dressed up with the perfect accessories, but time doing the hunting is lacking for me- and i always want second opinions, lol.

No prob. =) Yeah, the pink one is adorable and it totally works for that wedding you're going to. As for hats, I'd say one in like a cream or gray color. I think either one of those colors would work with the dress, if you could find one. Here's one from Banana Republic, but I think it might be a little too casual:

Yeah, if all else fails, you can't go wrong with a black hat. Black goes with everything. Me too! I haven't bought anything from there yet, but I will. I'm sure of that. lol. I wish they had a store where I live, though. I don't think it'll close, but yeah, some of the things are a bit pricey. I still like it, though.

It just depends on how much you're willing to spend. Banana Republic and J.Crew always have some nice ones, they're just usually a bit on the expensive side. =/ Have you checked Nordstrom? They might have some. I think Macy's has a couple, too.

 

Yeah, they turn out to be pretty expensive. :( I got my black blazer from Forever 21, but I didn't see any light colored ones when I went. I don't have a Nordstrom at my mall. I guess I'll check out Macys then. :D

That sucks. =/ I want to get one, too, I just wish they weren't so expensive. For some reason, the ones I really like are the more expensive ones. lol. Oh, no Nordstrom? That sucks. But yeah, Macy's should have some cute ones, though.

^ Are you heading to Rome? You will fall in love with the architecture and you'll find a ton of unique stuff I'm sure :)

 

My friend went there last summer and came home with a gorgeous light brown soft leather purse for a bargain. Look for good deals and things you can't buy back at home!
