September 3, 200817 yr I started the 25th and I'm already in a dilemna with homework. We're already preparing for the ACT. :stunned: And that's not till April, but I don't blame my school. We need the prep up.
September 3, 200817 yr Blehhhhh school. I have to write 3 lesson plans by next Wednesday (I'm an education major... studying to be a teacher). Give me summer back now!!! :( I've already had classes for over a week, which I still can't believe. This is going to be a very loooong semester.
September 3, 200817 yr Back to uni today!only at 6 pm though.I've got time I love having roommates.we have a big place, our own rooms, big common room. Friends come and go all the time and we have dinners and brunches.I prefer that to living on my own. When you're stressed out or feeling bit down you can talk to your roommates and fun quiet evenings. Now that's the point. as long as u have ur own room everything is fine and u can talk with everybody else in the common room or the kitchen. but when u can't have a bit of privacy then it'll become very annoying.
September 3, 200817 yr I had to go College on Monday for induction, and its 40-50 minutes bus ride, £6.30, And when I got there I ent in, sat down, for about 2 minutes and they said go home, we dont have resources for the induction or something, come back next week. I was so pisssed off, And I felt like shit in the morning and getting was a struggle, bloody bastards!!!
September 3, 200817 yr Ok so I just came back from my first day of school, and it's been DECENT...I have a GREAT lunch period, a few semi-enjoyable classes, the people in them for some classes are a bit crap though, so I might have to work out a few kinks and switch around a few of my classes, but for the most part SO FAR SO GOOD.
September 3, 200817 yr My first day today was....weird. To say the least. It was just so odd and I couldn't really gel with the people, because they were people I generally didn't like very much. I do, however, LOVE my film class...if that makes it any different. :P
September 3, 200817 yr First day of university wasn't bad. Mostly introductory stuff. Hopefully the work won't be too bad...
September 3, 200817 yr P.S. I already have SEVERAL homework assignments..thank God for block days, huh?
September 3, 200817 yr My kids went back today. arrggghhhhh!!!! we all hated getting up early. we were so used to sleeping late, but then magically they disapeared by bus and the house WAS ALL MINE AGAIN!!!!!!! but now we have homework. Break out the wine (just me, not my kids) I am getting a second education.
September 3, 200817 yr UGH. i just got back from my second day and i am EXHAUSTED. my backpack ways like 839274238 pounds, and i just want summer to last forever..
September 3, 200817 yr Oh I didn't even bring my backpack to school today. All the teachers did was talk and hand out introduction papers which I put in a folder. That was the only thing I brought.
September 3, 200817 yr i had my first day today! it was my last first day of school everr since i'm a senior... kinda depressing actually! it went well though it should be a fun year.
September 4, 200817 yr I've been in school for about a week and it's so exhausting. I'm ready to graduate [i'm a senior] I loooove my new french teacher, he is awesome. He like forces us to speak in french and he thinks outside of the box. I love it. :D And my AP Gov teacher is hilarious, although I did get a 70 on our first test. A lot of people got 70s, and this girl asked if we would get a curve and he was like, "Why would I reward collective failure?" and I laughed in spite of myself. AND DON'T USE WIKIPEDIA!!! My AP Gov teacher goes and puts in WRONG information and makes it look all official, so don't use it!! :P
September 4, 200817 yr No more school for meee! Ahh, I miss it! :( And uni starts on the 14th of Sep. Quite nervous but whole lot excited too!

September 5, 200817 yr I've been off uni since mid-May and I don't go back until 29th September. I'm as bored as a very bored person doing something very boring whilst wearing a sign around their neck that says, "I am bored".
September 6, 200817 yr Well I survived my first week. Ache all over from walking long distances with a heavy backpack. Still can't fall asleep before midnight even though I'm getting up around 6am now... makes class interesting. But I'm liking it. Electronics means lots of fun toys to play with! :D
September 7, 200817 yr hii I back to school like...1 month ago...but i no got any book... something happen...the people who made the books did't do all...and now we are doin nothing...thats the coolest thing than never happen in my life, haha The problem is...the monday probably we are goin to have the books...that was a great month...:(
September 7, 200817 yr This is random, but it's amazing how much more you appreciate the weekend when you're back in school. Over the summer it feels like every day is the weekend but once you start school it's like, "Damn, is it Friday yet?!"
