GLASTONBURY PERFORMANCE TO BE BROADCAST WORLDWIDE

We're pleased to report that you'll be able to experience Coldplay's headline set on Glastonbury's Pyarmid Stage on Saturday (June 25th) wherever in the world you are. In the UK, the show - which begins at 10.15pm UK time - will be broadcast live on BBC2 and BBC HD. It will also be shown live on Germany's ZDF Kultur channel and Brazil's Multishow. Meanwhile, in America, it airs on VH1 and Palladia, at 10pm ET/PT. A portion of the show will also be broadcast live on the radio - and you can listen online, wherever you are. Head to BBC Radio 2 or BBC 6 Music to hear it. (We're all very excited.)

WATCH FRIDAY'S ITUNES FESTIVAL SHOW ONLINE

 

LONDON SHOW TO STREAM LIVE ACROSS THE WORLD

Hello again. On Friday (July 22), Coldplay will headline a show at London's Roundhouse venue as part of this year's iTunes Festival. The entire performance will be broadcast live to all 23 countries with an iTunes Store, via iTunes on PC/Mac and on the iTunes Festival app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

 

Coldplay are due on at 9.15pm (click here to find out what time that is where you are). Plus. tune in at 7.45pm to see the support set from The Pierces, whose wonderful album was produced by Coldplay's very own Guy Berryman. For more information on how to watch, head to itunesfestival.com. The show will also be broadcast live on Xfm radio, and via the station's website (NB: you'll need a UK postcode to listen online).

For the Viva tour, a small batch of special Coldplay-branded marker pens were made, and given out to the crew. They disappeared very quickly, but we've managed to find one, which we're going to get signed and give away to you folks. NEW ALBUM, OUT OCTOBER 24

 

 

Mylo Xyloto was produced by Markus Dravs, Daniel Green and Rik Simpson, with enoxification and additional composition by Brian Eno. The album will be released in digital, CD and vinyl formats. A special limited edition Pop-Up Album version will also be available, which will include a 12" x 12" hardback book containing graffiti pop-up art designed by David A. Carter, vinyl, CD and exclusive content including photographs, excerpts from the studio diary and the band's personal notebooks.

 

The next single from the album is called Paradise. It's coming out on September 12.
