I got an email way back on September 23, 2008 conratulating me for being one of the first 250 people to respond. I also received an email on October 15, 2008 reminding me of the concert and all the rules and details too.

It all began on September 22, 2008 when I got an email on my blackberry telling me to enter for a chance to be one of 250 people to see a coldplay show at a super secret place. I responded to that email and immediately received a confirmantion that my email was received and that if I did not include my name and location I would not be considered. Fast forward to September 23, 2008 when I get an email congratulating me for being one of the first 250 to respond and to reply with the my name and the name of my guest as it would show on a legal for of ID. A couple of hours later I got an email telling me I did everything right and I would be put on the guest list. I just wanted to give you guys a step by step to show you that if you haven't found out yet, then unfortunately it is probably not going to happen. One other thing....The email states that I will be on the guestlist and to arrive at a certain time, but the fine print says "first come first served". Pretty shady!

October 17, 200817 yr They should have said that the first 250 people to respond will get the tickets, not randomly drawn. I responded at 1:30 on 9/23. I got an email confirming I sent it, but I didn't answer it because I did include my name address and phone number and email. It said It would be on file and I would be contacted shortly if I was selected.

October 17, 200817 yr Just for kicks I checked out yahoo live sets web site...they also had a place there to enter, if you read the rules of the contest, it is very misleading. I looked again at the email i received, it came from Coldplay.com right? On yahoo live sets you could enter once a day, meaning you could go everyday. I don't think Coldplay and Yahoo or Nissan were on the same page.

You have to understand we are very passionate and we had all been waiting a long time to find out if we got tix. the waiting is the hardest part. I think this contest was a little misleading and we all feel a little let down about it. sorry if we took it out on you and you were just trying to inform us. I hope you have a wonderful time at the concert and we hope you give us a great review after, maybe some pics too.
