October 17, 200817 yr Author Good luck. if its like the concerts in Europe, they get there early, see Carla and Chavi's excellent adventure posts in the Paris, Rotterdam etc, concerts. they run for the front, no seats, hammerstein has seats but ya wanna get a good one
October 17, 200817 yr I don't think I can make it out to NYC early enough to catch them going in or out. Hammerstein Ballroom ground level seats 2500 at most. I don't think they would run out of space. At least I'm seeing them 2 nights in a row again. I also got tickets to a private John Legend show on the 10/28 but I think I'm going to be too concert overload to go.

October 18, 200817 yr Hammerstein floor isnt seated, only the balcony i had an issue with that when i went to see Brand New there; i thought i had floor seats and got there at like 12 pm to get front row. i was maybe 15th in line and stoked... then my friend calls me and tells me we didnt have floor seats, we had balcony seats. this was in December, btw. i was FROZEN. but my waiting in line did get us front row seats in the balcony, front and center. prob for the best, the floor that night looked like a battle zone. but ANYWAY. Sol5rac congrats!!! & welcome to the forum. i hope you come back and tell us about your experience! and good luck to anyone planning on going there the day of and trying to get in... i really hope that works. i wont be able to since i have class. stupid college. although i was of course willing to skip that night had i won. but that obviously didnt happen... Yahoo! can now find itself on my sh*t list, along with the Today Show. on a lighter note. 8 DAYS TIL IZOD! AHHHH!

October 22, 200817 yr Author double post but no one else is on this thread except for a chosen few My husband just drove past the hammerstein and its not too crazy. he sent me pics on my phone but you know i suck at the computer and have no idea how to upload. I love my husband sorry off topic but he is awesome, he said that there are about 25 people lined up right now, its cold in NY right now, i think the official time was 6:30 but if i was able to go i would have been there at 3. no word from Cooky yet.
