the paper is metallic actually... the original idea was to print it on black sparkly paper, and have rotterdam be in grey/silver, but I couldn't get the ink to show :(

anyway I'm please with how it turned out

ahhhhh Carla we had the same idea, I just came back from buying black paper and a white pen because I wanted to draw this...I've almost finished it, just need to take a picture of it and the other postcard (which sucks big time, it didn't come up as I wanted to :disappointed:)

 

but I still need to think about the messages I want to write :P

Yay, I just finished my first postcard! They better love it since I just walked for almost an hour in the FREEZING cold and wind in order to get colored pencils and card for it :P

 

I'll post it once I upload, but I'm warning you, it's not very impressive :\ Oh well!

Wow these cards are so artistic:)!! I love it. The only thing that I came up with that was "artsy" was pasting a metallic butterfly from their concert on the card. And then I wrote all the mushy details ;) lol!!!

Cobalt, I couldn't find the right materials for the card, so I just glued two greeting cards together back -to-back :P

 

My point is... you can really use anything :nice:
