August 18, 200916 yr I realised the other day how this manc gig is getting closer and then my nerves kicked in and I'll give it another 2 weeks and I'll be pooing my pants. I've been to the LCCC before for a gig and it was good the way everything was set out but a right pain in the backside getting out of the venue! I was with someone then, but am on my tod for this one, hence the nerves and pooing of pants!! I am going by coach so will be at old trafford for around 4pm, (so as too give everyone a good chance on getting a good spot I was told) and am thinking if its like the last time, then I'll be ripping my hair out by time our heros are on. I had a stack of drinks around my feet as it was one of the hottest days of this summer (it was a take that gig I went to!), so depending on the weather, you'll know who I am if you see a lonely little ugly alien looking girl sat surrounded by drinks! (non boozy ones of course!;))
August 18, 200916 yr Author Well as we have the gig the next day, it won't be stupidly late, but it'll not be massively early as people have to arrive in Manch and some people may have work. It'll be around 7pm I'd guess :nice:. what Alison said below :) I'm working til 6pm & will need to get home, get changed, collect Ian & head back out again. Could we perhaps say meet for drinks from 7pm and eat at 8pm? Those of us who are working then making our way to Liverpool might struggle to get there for 7 (some of the Manchester based folk might as well if they don't finish work at 5.30/6pm)

August 19, 200916 yr This is going to sound really stupid in all honesty.. but! What are the chances of butterfly confetti being there? My desktop now is a picture of Chris Martin surrounded by thousands of pieces of butterfly confetti, I know the show will be out doors but a friend has just told me Radiohead managed it when she went to see them and in all honesty I'd love one of them little butterflies :laugh3:

I am in no way a racist, but Jay Z is my favorite rapper of all time.. but he uses the "N" word alot.. now I spoke to some friends who went to see Jay Z in concert a couple of years ago and they said some people did and some people didn't.. what's the best thing to do.. obviously I know all of the words to all of his songs and I wouldn't be calling it someone. I'm being serious as well, sorry if I do sound like I'm taking the mick a little.
