its my best buddy google again

I'm trying to organise my movements for the day of the gig - I know doors open at 4pm but anyone any ideas on showtimes..? I'm not one for queueing at the crack of dawn, I won't be aiming for a spot at the front and I hate all the hanging around waiting. I don't want to miss White Lies - any idea when they'll be on and how long they'll play for..? I'm guessing CP'll be on about 9ish and play for 2 hours, based on previous. Any help is appreciated. tnx :D

they have a 22:30 curfew if I remember rightly. so Coldplay will be on about 20:00/20:30 ish?
^^

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOP not long to go now. Loving the fact that white lies are supporting as well, its gonna be awesome!

Who do you suppose has already started the "what shall I wear?" inner dialogue :P

to what stop do i take the tube/metrolink/bus? THANKS!!!

take the altrincham tram on the metrolink from the city centre and get off at Old Trafford. LCCC is right next to the station ;)

very literally. you can just about make out the tram stop in the top right corner of this picture

you'll be on the wrong side of the tracks, so you just need to go through the underpass and up the other side. once on the street, you're outside the entrances to the ground..

Was looking through the thread and found these older posts about how to get there:D

Does anyone have exact GPS co-ordinates for the wicket please? I would like to make some runs during In My Place :)

plus, you're all very privileged as I may even dig out my make-up bag :laugh3:
