How much money have you spent on Coldplay?

Featured Replies

I have no idea how much I've spent on Coldplay but it has all been money well spent! I've never seen them in concert  but I've bought lots of CDs and merchandise over the years.

It's funny just what Coldplay does to a normally thrifty and rational person. When I saw them the last time I entered a ticket auction to get a shot at better seats.

Of course I was too nervous to just rely on the auction so I also bought tickets for the upper balcony just so to make sure I could be there.

Lucky for me the auction worked out. I paid about $160.00 each for 2 tickets and had fabulous seats in the loge section, about 8 rows back and opposite of the b-stage.

I was lucky enough to resell my balcony seats through stub hub so I didn't have to eat those.

Before Coldplay became such an obsession I would have said "No WAY would I pay more than face value for a ticket to a show"

Ahh the Coldplay love.

this might be stupid but this number is in pounds right? £14.99 ..like uk pounds or is it euros...

umm let me think...

albums + posters + concerts + t-shirts and more....

Wow. I am impressed with how much everyone has spent.

I am just starting my collection.

So far I have my shirt, hat and hoodie from the show in Oklahoma City, a Promo poster I just bought is on the way, and I will be buying a couple more posters.

I have a couple shirts on my to buy list too.

Of course there are all the CDs.

The one thing I want is a Messenger bag. I can not seem to find one though. Well probably on Cafe Press, but their's are always yellow. Too bright for me.

I finally ordered my tote bag so thats another $22 plus shipping well spent!:D
