thanks, but i'm pretty sure it's exactly the same. when i was first told that they sound similar after i had already listened to VLV a million times, it was like a stick in my eye. it hurt, and bad.

but also, it turns out that Milica and i wrote it at the same time, and we're gonna wait to see how everyone else does with suing Coldplay before we take legal action. then if we win we're gonna buy Coldplay tickets. :P

Stevens begat Satriani, begat Coldplay, so you see, everyone copies off of me vicariously through each other!

 

Oh well....at least nobody [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B8d2_jvDhc]lifted the whole piece and turned it into a song[/ame]....oh :furious2:!!!!

I think they're less than 5 notes which could make us think of VLV, that's pure non sense !

That's so stupid, I don't understand Cat Stevens at all... :\

But maybe... if Joe wins (that'd be terrible), I'd earn lot of money so Stevens could sue him... but if Coldplay wins, it's much more interesting to sue Coldplay, because Satriani would remain the same useless and unknown guy :D
