If that's not popular then I don't know what is. Popular =/= mainstream. Unknown=/= cool In fact I wish some "little" indie bands I like were bigger because they deserve it. And I'm not saying coldplay don't.

You can't tell me I'm wrong for having a different one. VLV is more pop than ever. I'm saying the self-deprication seems insincere, not his performance. Lost+ was not amazing. Lol. You took that one too seriously. The 42 lyric made me cringe the first time I heard it. The costumes make them look like a boy band and are a bit pretentious. But it's not equal. The slide solos were one of the best parts of watching the old shows. Again, too serious. Although he has said Beyonce is his idol, pretty much. Yeah, you're right about the high notes. I think he's particulary fantastic on TV appearances.

"Lost?", on the other hand, is a masterpiece.
