Gain weight, it's weird. I've been stuffing my face for a few month's now and I can't gain any weight.:stunned:

For a while I was doing 150 grams of protein a day.

I would be the happiest person alive! I thought men stopped growing around 20, so you've given me hope!

I've gained 5 pounds in the last two weeks.

 

1. Lift weights: bench & squats mostly.

 

2. Keep a diary of how many calories you eat per day. Shoot for 2700 to 3000 calories per day. Best way to do this is eat 1000 calories for breakfast, so you knock out the most early on in the day. Lots of cheese, nuts, whole grain bread, milk, fruit juice.

 

3. Don't weigh yourself except on Fridays. Because if you see how slow the progress is, you get discouraged and quit. Never underestimate how what a lazy piece of sh*t you are.

Same here Nick, I eat I eat but nothing comes :disappointed:

And I just hate when people say I'm too skinny, I think it's like saying to someone that he's too fat :angry:
