November 8, 200916 yr So my work is doing 50% everything in the store and dozens of customers each day come up and ask what the price would be. Today a lady asked what the price would be of a 80 dollar shoe after the 50% discount...:o I wouldn't have thought much about this if only one or two people asked but dozens of people everyday are asking. How stupid can people be?
November 8, 200916 yr I can't do that since this dumb forum doesn't have an embedded calculator at the top.
November 8, 200916 yr Author Can they not divide by 2? NO! And we have sign's everywhere saying "we're moving" and then it says where and literally dozens of people each day still ask where we are moving to. I have to hold myself back from making rude comments.
November 8, 200916 yr You should graffiti on the "we're moving" sign and write sincerely, your bowels
November 8, 200916 yr Author You should graffiti on the "we're moving" sign and write sincerely, your bowels dammit don't put these ideas into my head! I want to do this now. I also want to say when they ask where we're moving to, "We're moving? No one told me" and act surprised
November 8, 200916 yr dammit don't put these ideas into my head! I want to do this now. I also want to say when they ask where we're moving to, "We're moving? No one told me" and act surprised I'll give you all my bling if you do it and take a picture! The surprise thing would be pretty funny too. :laugh3:
November 9, 200916 yr OMG I can't believe that! I wouldn't be able to control myself from snapping people or at least let them see their level of stupidity. I guess I should move to where you live maybe I'll get a good job there, I mean I know how to divide.
November 9, 200916 yr For all the fuss about literacy, Numeracy is more important. (and very probably less common) Think about it. :worried2:
November 9, 200916 yr You should graffiti on the "we're moving" sign and write sincerely, your bowels hahaha!
November 9, 200916 yr that's funny they couldn't figure that out. if you think that's bad... there was this one girl in 8th grade that could not point out the united states on the map, and pointed to africa. and she was not faking... you should've seen the look on her face. some people just don't know stuff
November 9, 200916 yr Author That's Florida for you Nick. Do you work at the Millenia Mall? No, I actually live a little north of Orlando, I work at a smaller mall. And in a few weeks my store is moving to the Villages. I'm sure you've heard of that city. epic fail, can't they divide by 3? No. They have a hard time driving to the mall, I almost get hit everyday on my way to work. I guess I'm surrounded by morons. I'm not saying I'm really smart, I'm horrible with math but not this bad.
