Well, Iwatched the movie today and I really liked it. I wasn't expecting a good reacting from myself though. :P

 

The special effects are great. Haven't watched it in 3-D (I'm not into it that much) but still nice movements and such rich colors! :nice:

 

I liked the story. It may not be that complex but it shows some great points such as human's ambition/carelessness for the others, nature's importance and differences's approach. I like when such messages are developed in movies :wideeyed:

I saw it recently. I really liked it, especially in 3D. I don't know how anyone could possibly view this movie as racist though. Those people are just trying to twist everything they don't like into something not politically correct.

Yay, I finally saw the movie. The 3D stuff looked so incredible! Pity though that there were subtitles. They were annoying and distracting at times. The movie was pretty intense, but be-au-ti-ful! I want to see it again. :nice:

 

And the story wasn't as bad as I'd expected. But I like sf/fantasy, so...

exactly... well more about box office totals. Like movies back in the day used to win, even if they did relatively bad in the box office

The movie was so long it annoyed me a bit, the SE was impressive tho.

i watched it in 3-d about a month ago and i fully think it deserves best picture, and cameron deserved something for himself. storyline was great, excellent acting, and the visuals? fuckin phenomenal.

 

realize how long it took James to think of everything in that movie?hes been working on it since middle school. the plants,animals, literally everything. all the minor details in it are stunning and unbelievably done. i do want to see it in 2d though. people say you can appreciate it more in 2d than 3d somehow.

I didn't think i would like it but it does blow you away. It's not a great script or story but much like Titanic, you can't help but be impressed by it.
