He is right, but their great potential is not lying in their position (up to now) as top prof footballers. But they sure are good entertainers!!

:vuvuzela:

I was surprised that the French team were able to score one goal after all that turmoil. I didn't see the match. After the first goal in the match I preferred to drink tea and make some butterflies for the meet-up. After the match was over, I noted the result.

"ooooooooooooooooooooooo puto!" chant louder than any Vuvuzela every made. :laugh3:

Haha that will sound as well in the argentina match

WORLD CUP 2010: Chelsea order Nicolas Anelka to say nothing about bust-up with France coach Raymond Domenech - for now

Chelsea have told their striker Nicolas Anelka not to comment publicly on being sent home from the World Cup until after the tournament.

Anelka had a furious bust-up with France coach Raymond Domenech and his World Cup ended as a result when he was ordered to leave the camp.

He arrived back in England yesterday but has not commented on on what happened - and won't do until French interest in the competition is over at the earliest.

Anelka's brother Claude - director of football at US side AC St Louis - has revealed Chelsea do not want their 31-year-old forward to inflame the situation - especially after the French squad went on strike for 24 hours in protest.

And Claude said: 'His club told him to say nothing for the moment, it's best that he waits until the end of the World Cup before talking.

'He doesn't want to make things worse and it's best for the French team to finish hoping they can go as far as possible in the tournament before clarifying everything from A to Z.

'My brother is a calm, kind guy. Something happened, but we'll have to wait until he gives a press conference so that he can give his side if the story.'

Exactly - as Domenech said: They have got great potential! :)

That arse Domenech had the cheek to refuse a handshake from Parreira. Disgraceful. France will be relieved that the nutter will no longer be in charge. Your suffering is over! Boy will Blanc be a breath of fresh air to that team!

Poor Frenchies :(

Well you can't feel sorry for them, as what's happened has been totally self-inflicted.:dozey:

I guess that you can say that France has been facing several opponents: the 3 countries France was playing against, the French fans, the world press and THEMSELVES.

The worst opponent was themselves.

I hope Greece don't make it to the next round and Argentina win this match, horrible negative football.

Or maybe the best, depending on how you look at it!:P
