Lives are different and not everyone lives, or even can live, it in the way that is considered as "standard" by people who think what is true for them and their surroundings must apply to everyone else too and which probably in your opinion involves regular holidays at the seaside. (No offence meant to you ! it's just that I noticed people often tend to think in this way, for many things, and I'm a bit fed up with it...) This is my country: And this the area I live in: I'm at the blue dot. :) I can find sea water at any given time within just a few miles at most. My country has around 7,300 km of shore line against 70 km of land border! I totally get that not everyone has been blessed in this way, but I was totally blown away by the possibility of never having been at a beach and seen the ocean.
