I think this is the only place where i can talk about damon and people will know who he is and what i'm talking about.

It's just the US I think. Everyone knows him in England and Europe and now everyone on tumblr seems to like him in the last couple months, which I find quite annoying (yeah I don't care I'm a snobby fan :P )

 

They also have a good fanbase in Japan. Plus, they got the best concerts (very long setlists with b-sides and hidden tracks in it).

 

Speaking 'bout Damon's new project, Erykah Badu is confirmed to be one of the guests. Can't wait for the new unnamed band!!!

Ya I never seen Damon live with blur. I saw him live with Gorillaz and that was the best concert I've ever been to :). And I was talking to someone on deviant art and they said that their friend went to the same show got to meet him right after. I got so pissed cuz I could have done the same thing and I had a sensing feeling that I should have done the same thing, but for some reason I didn't.

Yeah for sure, a lot of English bands have huge followings in Japan. AHH! that's great Erykah Badu is definitely someone who Damo works well with.

 

I haven't seen Blur live either (my life goal lmao) but yeah Gorillaz was probably my fav. concert too.

Don't be too sad! There will be other opportunities to meet him, he's usually great meeting with fans so don't beat yourself up too hard.
