He's very eccentric, says crazy (mostly funny) things but at heart he seems like a really nice person. Noel's said far worse things in interviews. He clearly just likes to enjoy himself which is brilliant. In his position he doesn't sit around feeling sorry for himself and protesting against the worlds ills like.

 

I'd love to have been there when he set a fire extinguisher off on Paul Gascoigne. Must have been a hilarious of a sight!
