His voice was pretty sketchy, but nerves probably played a part. His vocals are always off when they do major TV events and award shows, guess this isn't much different.

I find his voice is always off unless its in teh studio.

The proverbial milk shot out of my nose when I saw this :lol:. I was streaming the event through CNN when it said it would "be back in a moment," but it never did. I'm glad I didn't know that Chris was going to be on...otherwise I probably would have punched through the monitor :P.

 

I have to say I like the acoustic guitar South Bank Show version of the song better, but this was lovely too :nice:. I didn't see it as a sad song before, though: I thought it was about a guy and a girl getting married, not a guy watching someone he loves getting married to someone else :sad:.

 

I hope Chris's attendance at this Apple thing today means they'll be heavy users of the new iTunes Ping thing for news...that sounds really convenient!
