Throwing together stuff now.

I just started looking at my partner's Last.fm and he/she's listened to half of what I was planing to on the tape :shifty:

I stalked my partner, and I think I'm really going to be able to make this work. I have a set of ideas in place already, and I think I'm going to start putting it together tonight when I get home.

I sent mine in last night, but I've made a few changes so I'm gonna have to reupload it and resend it...

You guys really spend a lot of time to think what's best to be put in the mixtape. :surprised:

Same here. I usually work a lot on flow though I'm not satisfied with mine this time... oh well... doesn't matter, I tried my best, I'll blame my current mood for putting the songs I chose in my mixtape.

haha, mine take days to make. I first have to select like a hundred candidate songs, slowly break them down and then edit and rearrange for the right flow. Odds are it makes zero difference to the person I'm making it for, but its fun being a perfectionist about things I like outside of school.

I'm the same way Chris. Maybe not as long though. It takes me a good solid few hours though. Like right now I have about 41 songs or so I've chosen, and then I have to cut those down, work with the flow and then listen to it all to make sure it works.

Mine wasn't as good as it could have been. I kind of just chose bands that my partner might like, then got the best songs by them :uhoh:

I did exactly the same thing everytime!! I had my made my mix, it was 95% done and I saw the lastfm account of my partner and....it's my clone :laugh3: so well, I leave it the way it was, and just add a few things.

mix uploaded and sent in! :D

 

 

...now just to sit and wait...

I'll upload my mixtape in 1 or 2 days, hopefully I'll have more time then, I already picked a few songs that I really love and I think my mixtape partner haven't heard before
