November 23, 201015 yr Screw what I was saying earlier about me being unusually calm and relaxed. I think this all just hit me :stunned:. :freak: I KNOW. I AM FREAKING OUT RIGHT ABOUT NOW. (I have an exam to sit first. I will be clawing to get out of there and on to the next train to Londanz). I have no idea how to get to the docking place from the Tube station though =/ By the looks of it, my friend and I will get up to London for about 4pm. So if you guys are going to meet up a little bit earlier, you know, count us in :D

But even for this, I was so surprised I was like beyond excitement, to the point where being all squee-y felt inadequate. But now I'm all jittery since we have the date :lol: Ugh, now to get turned down by every hotel I call for a room at such short notice.

I've stayed there. about a 15 minute tube journey but it should have loads of room.

I just called my home-away-from-home in London, my usual hotel, and they ACTUALLY had a room (and I get a discount there as a frequent stayer) so allll is well. I mean, I didn't expect a rowboat or anything, but maybe it's just the size of it that's blowing my mind...my mom started musing out loud about what surprises such a boat could entail and I just had to scream at her to stop, because once my imagination gets going I'll never be able to catch it. :wacky: Man I miss these smilies. I actually haven't seen what the boat looks like yet, interesting. I was toying with the idea of bringing my camera with me but thought it might be too much hassle. Then I read that people are planning to put together an unofficial DVD of the event so I may have to reconsider. If the boat is as big as I'm hearing then I could easily keep it in a backpack and store it away somewhere when I'm not using it. Hmmm.
