It's a grower imo. Not incredibly hooky but the lyrics are really, really interesting to me.

Coming from a person who usually can't stand Christmas music: it was brilliant. I gave it a 9/10. It didn't quite "wow" me to give it 10/10, but it was nothing short of a spectacular song.

On my local radio station they always get their listeners to decide whether new songs are good enough to be played on the radio or not. They just tested Christmas Lights! I guess my positive vote for the song didn't really help against the 95% who voted that they didn't like it though. :(

Is it too or not enough pop? Cause in Norway these 4 chord pop songs dominate.

I was surprised, don't know why I expected it to be rubbish, but I loved it!!! Annoyed with itunes though, tryed to download it about half hour after I heard it on radio 1 and couldn't find it anywhere.
