Well, I think the point everyone's trying to make is that if prostitution became legal, then the "business" itself would be better off, and the women would be treated better. If prostitution were to become legal, then a strict set of laws could govern how the women are treated, age of the women, they could have to sign contracts agreeing that this is what they want, etc.
