Ahhhhh I soooo can't wait to finally see them. :nice: We'll arrive at the venue only one hour before the gate opens, so me and my friend will have to fly to the first row, haha :D

So yeah I'm trying to get myself to Lollapalooza to see Radiohead on August 1, but I don't want to spend $190 for a three day pass... a.) I'm not that interested and b.) I have other obligations.

 

And seriously, guys? If I don't see Radiohead, I'm dead.

Coldplay's Magic Balls vs. Thom Yorke's Scary Face

 

 

As you may have read, Coldplay announced they were taking "magic balls" with them on this tour, whatever that means. While it'd be hard to say precisely what the ol' Brits were referring to, it's pretty obvious that it's some form of a light show. Coldplay has been known to put on a light show or two, but so has another little rock band from across the pond called Radiohead. In fact, people have been drooling over the Radiohead tour setup since they launched last month.

 

I read a few articles comparing and contrasting the two's live show, and that's when I realized: their European tour schedules do a bit of overlapping. So to my Euro readers, and don't pretend you're not here because I know you are, when Coldplay and Radiohead roll into town on the same night, or withina few of each other, who will you be choosing?

If Radiohead and Coldplay were to play in the Netherlands on the same night, I'd first curse and swear to anyone near me, then I'd buy a Radiohead ticket and send Chris Martin a sorry note.
