Jpw48
Just in case you want MP3's of these two new tracks... Radiohead : The Rip (Portishead Cover) http://rapidshare.com/files/120925380/the_rip.mp3 Radiohead : "Super Collider" (NEW SONG) (High-Quality MP3 from ateaseweb.com) http://rapidshare.com/files/120952967/Super_Collider.mp3 I reckon the Super Collider song is about the CERN Particle Accelerator, due to be started in these next few weeks. Thoughts?
MrMagpie
Both songs are great, listened to them a few times last night. After I went out and bought the Evil EMI Best of DVD. I felt horrible buying it....but its the only way I'd ever own a hard copy of all those videos.

I felt horrible buying it....but its the only way I'd ever own a hard copy of all those videos. I'm still looking out for a copy of that, to give the least possible amount of money to EMI. HMV are doing it for 19.99, which seems like a hell of a lot for a single disc dvd. Where did you get yours from, and how much?
Black Rose
I got my from HMV online for £13 £12,99 (including postage) from the rather wonderful Play.com for you Jacob: http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/5438315/Radiohead-The-Best-Of/Product.html It might be cheaper elsewhere, but I haven't checked

Sambo3000
interesting how they played Supercollider again. I wonder if today's version is full band or like last night w/ Thom on piano. Nah, it was Thom on his lonesome. Before he played it he said "We played this last night for the first time...I'll try and remember the words this time!". Oohhhh...what a night. Lights were amazing. Jpw48
Jacob! Your link to the Super Collider doesn't work :( After you go to all that trouble helping me find the Best Of DVD cheaper, I let you down with the link! My apologies!! :laugh3: Try that bad boy: http://rapidshare.com/files/120952967/Super_Collider.mp3 *goes to order DVD*
Black Rose
Ta :) Play.com is so wonderful, normally cheaper than Amazon for pre-orders of CDs and dvds, and they normally arrive on the Monday if not the Saturday before.

Yeah, and the fact its free postage doesn't go a miss either!! The only downside is you can't get many discount codes for play.com, whereas I get a 10% discount off everything on hmv.com as a student discount thing. Black Rose
That is true, no 10% student discount

I got mine here in Canada from Future Shop for $16.99 plus tax which isn't that bad of a price. I'm assuming it will go up in a few days. New CDs and DVDs are usually cheaper the first couple days here.
Black Rose
Same in this country, taking an average cd for example in a supermarket. Week 0 and 1 it could be £8 in a shop Week 2 to 5 it will raise to £10 Weeks 6 to 10 it will drop to £9 Weeks 11 to 15 it will drop to £7 Week 16 and 17 go up to £8 Weeks 18 to 26 will be put in the sale for £5 removed from shelves in week 27.
