It's not a case, but it's definetly real. It's a gelaskin case where you can upload your own picture and make it into a skin.

sorry, but how do you get these on your iPhone?

 

you save them to your computer and then drag them in the folder which your iPhone syncs to. To change the folder that your iPhone syncs to, connect your iPhone, go to the Photos, and there should be a place where you can select a folder that's your computer
