I understand the whole operation. The whole thing is written in FBI speak sort of. Whoever gets the USB at FUSE station in 3rd district of Paris will get the code to activate the next phase. More accurate coordinates are:

Lat: 48 D 51 H 39.87 M November (North)

Lon: 02 D 21 H 39.23 M Echo (east)

 

The first single will be aired on 8/8/09 but the actual thing will be released on 9/7/09

Isn't this the song that was said to be like Muse's equivalent of Bohemian Rhapsody? It may change up later, but it sounds beautiful so far.
