Does anyone have the radio edit and instrumental in flac or other lossless format please.

I've just read that Rihanna went to the hospital the other night after the Met Ball :\ She fainted (highly dehydrated and exhausted). Everyone knows she can drink A LOT. From what I've read (so, gossips), some people close to her think she should go to rehab. :\

I'm not sure. More media coverage could be a positive thing but I don't think that will be the case when it comes to sales figures.

Princess Of China is Coldplay's new single

Mylo Xyloto's fourth single gets official release on 4 June

 

Good afternoon. As many of you will know, the fourth single to be taken from Mylo Xyloto will be Princess Of China, featuring Rihanna. In the UK, the single will be available as a digital bundle, featuring a remix by the Invisible Men, from 4 June. The song has been added to the playlists of the big UK radio stations from this week and the video, which was directed by Adria Petty and Alan Bibby, is due to premiere soon.

Every Teardrop's art is in it! don't like it, all artworks from this era are so kitchy... exept the MX art itselfs. P.O.C deserves a better art, there are so much better close ups from the MX wall!

I will say what I will about the quality of this album, but the artwork isn't at all disappointing. :) I do wonder if they'll include any extra tracks with this single's release.

I love how with the announcement of PoC officially being the 4th single, the song starts to climb the UK iTunes chart... even though the single isn't officially released until the 4th June :D It's currently placed at 34. May be wise to check the chart update today to see if it's currently in the Top 40.

Chart update released, but no sign of PoC at the moment. Still climbing up the iTunes chart though, it's now at 26.

 

EDIT [19/5, 12:00]: Back down to 21 (Peak: #19).

^ Maybe if CB had had (that sounds odd) a official announcement it could have peaked higher. Whatever, I hope the video is not as bad as it's shaping up to be, still love the song and hopes it gets a Top 10 :D

I wonder why they aren't releasing like, traditional singles. Don't those sell better because fans buy physical forms, more press release, etc. People who have the albums aren't gonna download them, and non fans won't know about the single releases cause they are announced through the site. Very strange, but what do I know.:shrug:

well with the album, an EP, and 5 singles out within a year and a day of the MX era's beginning, i think we can assume that we're not too far from the end.

:( I am really hoping that they release an EP sometime this year. It seems like the only possibility, what with ETIAW, Paradise, Charlie Brown and Princess of China out without B-sides, and UWTB/UFO limited edition without any other songs on it. I'm sure they've produced many hits that have never seen the light of day.
