I know I shouldn't discuss grammar or vocabulary here but if the original lyrics is "I'm drifting away", why isn't the translation into Deutsch "Ich schwebe weg"? :o

'Ich schwebe davon' and 'ich schwebe weg' means exactly the same.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm sorry for being so meticulous... I saw "davon" as "from here" and "weg" as "away". I must have taken it too literally. I'm not so fluent in German as in English. :joy:
