Anchorman I don't understand tumblr. Whenever I've looked at, not just Coldplay's but anyones, it's just a jumbled mess of stuff. What's the point of it?

I find that most of the time they look indeed like a mess and it only makes sense when you follow a blog and the reblogged pictures show up on your dashboard. Most of those blogs have the most awful layouts :shrug: I only use it to follow some people's art updates and some news.

Beinf a mess of stuff is the point :lol: Usually it looks like a mess because people "reblog" everything they see that they like and they do their own posts... It's pretty messy yeah. And I don't really see the point for a band like Coldplay to have one just to post the same thing than you post on Twitter/FB/website...

August 31, 201213 yr Author People can comment on their posts or reblog them but you will just see Coldplay's posts on coldplay.tumblr.com (or the ones they reblog) : ) You can see the comments or reblogs if you click on one of them (example)

As others have said, Tumblr blogs only tend to look so messy because of the way people re-blog most everything. I've seen a few really nice looking tumblrs, but those are definitely the exception
