btw I appreciate input like from TylerS very much. Without it we might miss some CDs that are not supposed to be in the list

Soon I will hand over the Excel sheet to you Alien Radio. It's up-to-date.

It's digitally released on iTunes, so yes, it counts.

5 more days? :surprised: I thought it was open til new years. Better edit it.

Nope. The first post says:

The deadline is Saturday, December 15th at 23:59 GMT

Albums must have been originally released between December 1st 2011 and December 1st 2012.

It's every year like that, so I see no point in waiting until the New Year when all the albums on the list must have been released before the December 1st.

Fixed:

1. Tame Impala - Lonerism

2. Kendrick Lamar - Good kid...

3. Beach House - Bloom

4. Frank Ocean - Orange

5. Grizzly Bear - Shields

6. Grimes - Visions

7. Hot Chip - In our heads

Haft of those albums are from 2011 and 2011 albums are only eligible if they were released in December.

Also, Bruno Mars - Unorthodox Jukebox isn't eligible as it came out on the 7th December and the deadline was 1st December, sorry. You'll be able to vote for it next year :P

Your list should have at least 5 albums

Live albums aren't accepted, though?

They aren't, as stated in the first post

I'm sorry but I am not going to include lists that have a bunch of their releases from 2011 and/or this month. I kind of expect people to put at least the little bit of effort in it, e.g. by reading the first post in this thread and then made a list according to it. If people don't, then I also won't put any effort in placing your list in our Best Of 2012 List. :escaping2:

YellowTeardrops13, M83 was officially released in 2011 and was already in last year's list. We can't have that one in this year's list. As Fran said Bruno Mars just came out, so that one shouldn't be submitted either. Coldplay Live and AC/DC Live are also not allowed. Neither is Friendly Fires, LMFAO, etc.
