No, it's more obvious than that. It's in the lyrics.

Really stumped by this one ! Does Coldplay have any more breakup songs ?? (If yes, please let me know so I can listen and cry to them. I just managed to cry to Princess Of China, just saying.)

 

Another thought is O, but O has the opposite message actually (Don't ever let go)

this is tough - i feel like a lot of Coldplay's break up songs are about still trying to hold onto the relationship, not letting go :P
