This time of the year, when the old one is fading and the new one arises, is a special time.

Let's count down to the New Year by sharing our thoughts and hopes about the year change. To make it more fun I thought it should be Coldplay-related, so why not share our thoughts with the help of Coldplay lyrics ? I have a lot to be thankful for and coldplayers are part of it. Coldplaying.com it's a great place to share my love for Coldplay and I'm glad I've found this place. I wish everyone the best in 2016. Probably. I don't know if Hawaii has a different time zone. If so, those islands are the last to celebrate it. All of us in North America just sit down and watch how the rest is celebrating the new year!

Yes Hawaii is probably a couple of hours behind LA, so they might be the last ones to celebrate, though I think as far as continental location goes, the US west coast must be the very last :)

 

It´ll be interesting to have to wait this long this time around while all my friends greet the new year ahead of me in Europe hehe

Just so you know, Hawaii does have its own time zone, Hawaii-Aleutian Time, named that way because it also shares the time with some of Alaska's Aleutian Islands. They are 2 hours behind Pacific Time (US West Coast) during the winter and 3 hours behind during the summer (during daylight savings).
