Well that's beyond ironic.

Sorry, it's sort of a long story.

 

Ok. I almost got.... I don't know. Picked up? At the Coldplay concert I went to in August.

 

Anyways. I was walking in the parking lot going back to the car with my friend and we were both blabbing so loudly about how amazing the show was. Suddenly I felt these two arms draped over my shoulders and I thought it was just my friend. Then I saw they were hairy. Then some guy was holding his hand out to me, walking in front of me and asking what my name is.

 

So the one coherent thought that went through my mind (I was in shock wtf) was that I couldn't tell this guy my real name. So I said "Joanna!!!!!"

 

He left me alone after that... But ever since then it's been a little joke with my friends that I'm "Joanna"

 

 

 

And that's just ironic.

The same type of thing happened to me. One of my friends was assigning nicknames to everyone. "You're... Skittles. You're Twix," etc. Then she turned to me and asked, "What candy do you like?"

 

I said, "I dunno."

 

She thought for a second and blurted out, "Well fine then, you're Apple."

 

I was like... WTF. She knew nothing about what connection she just made. So I started laughing, and they didn't know why. Haha.

 

So... about Guy... yep... nice butt.

I haven't posted anything on the board (only browsed) but I've read how totally crazy you guys are about guy berryman (it is kinda crazy! :) ) so I thought you might be interested in this - I was reading a magazine called Harpers and Queen and there was a bit in it about Guy's wife Joanna opening a shop in London with her friend. It says 'former stylist Joanna Berryman' date=' married to Coldplay bassist Guy Berryman...' I don't have a scanner and I don't know how to post pictures here anyway... sorry - I am hopeless, I know. Thanks - I was really suprised to see Guy's name! I don't have a scanner but a friend suggested I take a photo of the article and post it like that. I couldn't get the text to work but the photo came out okay... so here it is. Tried to make it small but I don't think it has worked. It might come out enormous so sorry - never posted a picture before. She's the one standing holding the dog.
