March 30, 200422 yr i think that it is totally fine. you have to put yourself in their shoes. ok if they saw two heterosexual people pda'ing than theyd shudder and visa verca with heterosexuals looking at homosexual pda. but doesnt everyone shiver when anyone is doing pda? i know i do. its not for distinct public. also would you rather a 100 prisoners some of which are murderes being let out because of overcrowding and living next door to you or a gay couple living next door? i started this because it is starting to get banned in states that allowed it. i think this is insane. because our president is full on chrisitan he is making the laws by his religion and the whole fact that gay people arent to be married is a mere opinion in the first place. ok let the debates begin. i love debates.
March 30, 200422 yr I'm all for gay marriages. The government has no right to get in the way of that.
March 30, 200422 yr Author this country is being run my opinion.s and yea in some cases like the economy it is neccesssary but not this subject matter :/
March 30, 200422 yr Yeah, banning gay marriages is forcing your religion on other people. And that's not supposed to happen in America.
March 30, 200422 yr i fully support gay marriages, they should be entitled to all the things that hetero couples are.
March 30, 200422 yr im quite angry that my country, singapore, doesnt allow gay/lesbian marriages . Homos lyk us, should of course have the right to marry and all that, but i dont find it that normal... :/
March 30, 200422 yr really understand the constitution....rights and all that stuff. if someone really understands all that. then i'll read what they have to say. :snore:
March 30, 200422 yr I'll have to say I'm 50/50. On one hand, I truelly believe gays and lesbians should have the same rights as heterosexuals. No question about that. But on the other hand, I guess I'm a bit old fashioned in a way? I don't know, marriage is... well I've always known it to be something between a man and a woman. Well, same goes for sex but I've learnt it's not that limited afterall  I don't know, I'm not really sure about that. I'm more for it than against it, though.

March 30, 200422 yr i am as well..and like simon..i wish them the best of luck. my cousin's best friend got married in Toronto when they first made it legal. I was very proud of him. :)
March 30, 200422 yr i'd have to say im for it we kinda had a discussion on it the other day @ my us hist class, and aparently, 80% of my class, or at least 100% of the people who spoke out were against, i was the only one for it.. i still dont see what the big deal is.., wasnt the reason for marriage, origianlly, for two people who love each other, want to be officionally represented as a couple, and bt protected by the govt? what is the problem if those two people who love eacher other happen to have the same sex?
March 31, 200422 yr actually, i have to say that those gays/lesbians who marry are really brave, i mean its so wonderful how they are not that afraid of the criticism that comes with it. anyway, i cant believe i havent noticed it before, but Amanda, your avatars great! Thats a really nice pic :D
April 1, 200422 yr Gay people are okay. But you know, I'd get really mad if I ever have a son and then i find out that he's gay and that he's getting married to a gay dude. I'd have to beat the hell out of my boy.
