She did remember something, like that MMIX is a short intro, she remembered the production of the songs we heard (which is something I'd focus on), she remembered POC and she remembered something about DLIBYH and UWTB. And she remembered the overall sound of the album. And she described what was going on in the room, how the other people responded. I think she was definitely there.

Thanks for the review, Venus! This has my hopes going back up again. Come on people, what's going on here? What's with the bad vibes? Maybe - probably - she got very excited and it got a bit blurry. And don't forget, she took notes afterwards and she wrote the review about three days later. I believe her. And why would she put so much effort (which she clearly has) in a fake review? Edit: when I watched Rock Am Ring, first time hearing the new songs, I could not remember afterwards that HLH was so fast, for example. Which would be the first thing I'd mention if I had to review it now.

Oh man, the Nijmegen crowd sucked two years ago. I still feel bad about that. Pinkpop was a little better, but still not that great. Werchter this year had an amazing crowd, that adds so much to the whole experience... Let's make it a good crowd in the Ahoy, people. :wink3:

Okay, I'm sure having no financial problems adds to someone's happiness, but have you considered that Chris Martin is not particularly happy with the fame and attention he gets? And even though he says he doesn't think about people who criticize him, who is really capable of doing that? Especially when it's from his own fans. So there's pros and cons. I mean, I see where you're coming from. I just don't think he's uninspired because he's succesful. Actually, listening to Hurts Like Heaven, I don't think he's uninspired at all. :wink3:

I don't know. All the doubt that's been going on could mean it will be brilliant. They're certainly causing fuss with this one. But judging from the first two singles... Viva wins.
